Dismantling

Dismantling and hacking works involve the removal of any partition walls and false ceilings, dismantling of any fixtures such as workstations and desks which are commonly installed in most offices. The electrical reinstatement is often the final stage. Power points added for dozens of desks must be removed or relocated. Extra lighting, once useful, must be taken down with care so the original fittings remain unharmed. Air-conditioning units installed for specific tenants are disconnected and cleared out completely. When the last wire is settled back into place, the room begins to regain its calm.
