Professional Dismantling of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment with NEA-Compliant Disposal
Dismantling & Disposal Contractor
Before walls can be patched and floors can be restored, everything the tenant installed must come out. Workstations, built-in cabinets, kitchen systems, shelving, blinds, cubicles, whitegoods, and accumulated office equipment — all of it must be dismantled, removed, and responsibly disposed of. We provide professional dismantling and disposal services that clear the unit completely, leaving nothing behind but the original structure.
Organised removal keeps the site safer and the handover programme moving. Separate reusable, recyclable and waste materials. Break down bulky items in a controlled sequence. Use protected access and approved removal routes. Send materials to appropriate disposal facilities. Office workstations, desks, cubicle systems, ergonomic chairs, meeting tables, and storage units are dismantled into manageable components. Modular systems are taken apart systematically — panels, work surfaces, legs, cable trays, and screens. If items are reusable and the client wishes to retain them, we can coordinate transport to another location. Otherwise, all components enter the disposal stream. Built-in joinery must be dismantled carefully — reception counters, pantry cabinets, wall-mounted storage, display units, and wardrobe systems. These items are typically fixed to walls, floors, or both. We cut fixings, loosen anchors, and dismantle in sequence to avoid damaging the surrounding surfaces. The wall and floor areas behind built-ins are then accessible for surface restoration. Beyond fixed installations, units often contain loose items that the tenant does not wish to keep — old furniture, electronic equipment, filing cabinets, kitchen appliances, decorative items, and general waste. We clear the unit of all contents and consolidate all debris for disposal. All waste is transported to NEA-approved disposal facilities in compliance with Singapore regulations. Singapore’s National Environment Agency (NEA) regulates the disposal of renovation and demolition waste. All waste from our dismantling projects is disposed of at NEA-approved facilities. Illegal dumping — in common areas, bin centres, public bins, or unauthorised sites — is an offence under the Environmental Public Health Act. We take compliance seriously and provide proper disposal for every project, regardless of size. Where materials can be recycled — metals, certain timbers, electronic equipment — we separate these from general waste and direct them to appropriate recycling channels. This is not always possible for every material type, but we make the effort where the waste stream allows.Responsible Dismantling & Disposal

Project Timeline
Dismantling and clearing for a typical office unit (1,000–2,000 sqft) takes 1 to 3 days. Larger units, units with extensive built-in joinery, or units with multiple rooms of furniture and equipment may take 3 to 5 days. The dismantling phase is always completed before surface restoration begins.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you dismantle my office furniture so it can be reused at my new location? | Yes. If you want to retain your workstations, desks, chairs, or other furniture for use at your new premises, we can dismantle carefully and coordinate transport. Let us know during the site assessment which items are to be retained and which are to be disposed of. Items for reuse are handled with extra care during dismantling. |
What if my unit has a lot of loose junk and rubbish — not just installed fixtures? | We clear everything. Our dismantling and disposal service includes the removal of all contents that the tenant does not wish to keep — furniture, equipment, general waste, and accumulated items. The unit is left completely empty and ready for surface restoration. We do ask that personal items, valuables, and anything the tenant wants to keep are removed before we begin. |
How is the debris disposed of? | All debris is bagged and sealed on site, then transported by our own vehicles to NEA-approved disposal facilities. For commercial buildings, we coordinate lift bookings and disposal routes with building management. For HDB flats, we carry debris down via designated routes — never through common bins or refuse chutes. |
Can you recycle any of the dismantled materials? | Yes. We separate metals, clean timber, and electronic waste where possible and direct them to recycling channels. Not all materials are recyclable — mixed composite boards, laminated panels, and certain plastics may need to go to general waste. We make the effort to recycle where the waste stream permits. |
How much does disposal cost? | Disposal costs depend on the volume and weight of material to be disposed of, and the number of trips required. As a general guide, disposal fees for a typical reinstatement project range from S$500 to S$1,500. This is included in our fixed-price quotation — there are no separate disposal surcharges added after the fact. |
