We hack and remove additional floor tiles, wall tiles, and floor finishes installed during the tenancy. Walls are patched, plastered smooth, and repainted to the original HDB colour. The unit is restored to the condition it was in when first handed over to the tenant.

Services Reinstatement

We remove additional power points, lighting fixtures, water points, and sanitary fittings installed by the tenant. Original electrical points are reinstated. Air-conditioning units are disconnected and removed. All services are restored to their original configuration.

  • Debris Disposal: All renovation debris must be properly disposed of. Dumping in common areas, staircases, or refuse chutes is strictly prohibited.
