Power Point and Socket Removal

Every additional power point, socket outlet, and isolator installed during the tenancy is disconnected, removed, and the wiring safely terminated. Original power points — those present in the unit at the start of the lease — are retained and reinstated to working condition. Any wiring chase cuts in walls are patched and prepared for painting.

Data, Telephone, and Trunking Removal

Data points, telephone outlets, LAN ports, and the associated cabling and trunking are all tenant-installed and must be removed. We trace cabling back to the entry point, disconnect all terminations, and remove trunking, conduits, and cable trays from walls, ceilings, and floor ducts. The result is a clean unit with no leftover cabling infrastructure.

Lighting and Air-Conditioning Removal

All tenant-installed lighting — ceiling lights, track lights, downlights, pendant lights, and under-cabinet lighting — is disconnected and removed. Air-conditioning fan coil units, cassette units, ducting, refrigerant pipes, and condensate drains are disconnected and removed by licensed technicians. The original lighting and aircon configuration is restored.

What Is Not Included
