Floor Scrubbing and Final Finish

After all dust and debris is removed, floors are wet-scrubbed to remove residual dust film, adhesive marks, paint spots, and footprints. The floor finish — whether exposed concrete, tile, or the original floor material — is left clean and dry, ready for the landlord to walk through.

Fixtures and Fittings Final Check

All original fixtures — power points, switches, lights, door handles, window handles, plumbing fixtures — are wiped clean of dust and checked for paint splatter or work residue. The Difference Between Cleaning And Handover-Ready

A standard office cleaner will sweep the floor and empty the bins. Post-reinstatement cleaning is a different task entirely.
